1622451 - Error when copying scope

Symptom

We get an error when copying/pasting units from one scope to another (RU's exist in destination scope)

- open an existing scope
- go to 'scope' and select some RU's
- select 'copy'
- close this scope and open another one (with same version)
- go to Scope
- select 'paste'

--> Error message

Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
