1623186 - FM Documents created in period 016 do not update Budgetary Ledger "BL".

Symptom

Special period in Portugal & Spain only should be used to register payments and year end closing movements. When Earmarked Fund document are adjusted by (FMX2, FMX3, FMY2, FMY3,,,) in special period 016 budgetary ledger did not post the corresponded budgetary ledger documents. Documents missing are related to Budgetary Ledger (BL), system is working properly. This is the current system design.

Environment

Budgetary Ledger period 016 is not updated to specific posting on Localizations Portugal FI-LOC-FM-PT (XX-CSC-PT-PSM-FM) and Spain FI-LOC-FM-ES (XX-CSC-ES-PSM-FM)
