1623393 - Statistical forecast not getting deleted using strategy 99(External forecast)

You have upgraded from SCM 4.1 to SCM 5.0 or higher releases.
You use External Forecast strategy 99 in order to clear the values.
In SCM 4.1 Release the values were cleared and saved in interactive planning but in higher releases although the values are cleared they are not saved.
When you come back to interactive planning screen you see that the previous values are still present.

SCM 5.0 and higher releases.
