You are trying to open an EVDRE template and it fails with EVDRE error immediately. You have verified:
- The problem happens in all application sets, e.g. ApShell. For all users from all client machines
- You do not see the MDX query being sent to the BW server using t-code SLG1.
- You checked BPC server manager diagnostics installed on .NET server and verified there are no connection problems, i.e. everything is green.
