How to launch URL by clicking on an image in the Xcelsius dashboard.
Environment
Resolution
There is no functionality for Image component to launch URL in Xcelsius. However we can use following workaround to achieve this:
1. Launch Xcelsius.
2. Take Image component on canvas.
3. Go to properties window of Image Component, navigate to General tab, click on Import and select any image file.
4. Take URL Button component on canvas, go to its properties window, navigate to General -> URL and specify URL to be launched.
5. Make the size of URL Button component same as that of Image component and place URL Button component above the Image component.
6. Go to properties window of URL Button component and perform following steps:
a. Navigate to General tab and make Label blank.
b. Navigate to Appearance -> Layout tab and uncheck Show Button Background.
7. Now preview the dashboard, click on Image component and notice that the URL is launched.
