Symptom

After the upgrade to CRM 7.0 EHP1, when you insert a product in a sales document and hit enter, the following errors come up:

  • In the sales document application log:

PRC_MESSAGES_EXT099: com.sap.sql.jdbc.common.CommonConnection

  • In the VMC logs in transaction SM53:

Message: Setting of the Points failed :(P, 0.000000000)
  > com.sap.spe.conversion.exc.ConversionMissingDataException: The
physical unit P is not available
