  • Where to download Crystal Reports Server from?
  • Where are the product updates for Crystal Reports Server or Crystal Server?
  • Where are the latest Support Packs and Patches for Crystal Server?

Environment

  • SAP Crystal Server 2020
  • SAP Crystal Server 2025

Resolution

  • Crystal Reports Server was renamed to SAP Crystal Server. 
  • Below are the steps to download the installation and product updates for SAP Crystal Server:
                 
          
    • Installations and Upgrades
           
      1. Go to the website: SAP Download Software  
           
      2. Login with your SAP User ( S-User ID )   
           
      3. In SAP Download Software, under the tab: INSTALLATIONS & UPGRADES, select:
            
        • By Category
        • Analytics Solutions
        • SAP CRYSTAL SERVER
        • Select the desired version.            ( For example: SAP CRYSTAL SERVER 2020 )
        • Select the version again.     
        • SAP CRYSTAL SERVER                   ( For example: SAP CRYSTAL SERVER 2020 )
              
      1. It will display a list of available downloads for SAP Crystal Server.               
         
                     
    • Support Packages and Patches
          
      1. Go to the website: SAP Download Software    
           
      2. Login with your SAP User ( S-User ID )
          
      3. In the Software Downloads page, under SUPPORT PACKAGES & PATCHES, select:
           
        • By Category
        • Analytics Solutions
        • SAP CRYSTAL SERVER
        • Select the desired version.        ( For example: SAP CRYSTAL SERVER 2020 )
        • CRYSTAL SERVER CLIENTS        ( For example: CRYSTAL SERVER CLIENTS 2020 )
             
      4.   It will display a list of available downloads for the Support Packs, and Patches for SAP Crystal Server.
