1625297 - PCM10 : When creating a new property from "Manage Properties" screen, it is not immediately displayed in the Item properties panel.

Symptom

When creating a new property through the menu Tools >Manage Properties command, it is not immediately displayed in the Item properties panel of a dimension screen. 
Closing the dimension screen and then reopening it to refresh, the new property can be shown properly in the Item properties.
