1626373 - The Payment Method Bill of Exchange is Not Available to be Scoped as Payment Method in Business Configuration

In Business Configuration during the setup of the Implementation Project or in a Change Project you cannot select/scope Bill Of Exchange as the payment method.

SAP Business ByDesing all versions

1. Go to the Business Configuration Work Center. 
2. Go to the Implementation Project view.
3. Select the Edit Project Scope button.
4. Go to the step 4: Questions.
5. From the Show filter Select All Elements.
6. Under Cash and Liquidity Management select Payment Methods.
7. You cannot find any question relative to the Payment Method the Bill Of Exchange
   

The payment method Bill of Exchange is only released for France, Spain and Italy.

You need to scope France, Spain or Italy as a country to be able to select Bill Of Exchange as payment method.
