1626464 - MASSD: Deletion flag for Products that are still being used by other objects

Symptom

You use Mass Maintenance transaction MASSD to set the Deletion Flag for a selection of Location Products in APO. While doing so, the dependent object usage is not checked and the flag for deletion is set even when the Product is still used by other objects.

Your expectation is that it will not be possible to set the deletion flag if the Product is used.
