1626934 - Portal Knowledge Management out of sync with InfoView/CMC

Symptom

The BusinessObjects Enterprise (BOE) repository information displayed in the Portal Knowledge Management (KM) does not reflect what is seen in InfoView or the Central Management Console (CMC). The information in KM is usually older than what is observed in InfoView or CMC:

  • Documents or report instances that have been deleted recently are displayed in KM.
  • Recently added documents or report instances are not displayed in KM.

Given enough time (reports range from 45 minutes to 2 days), the information in KM will eventually display the same information seen in InfoView and/or CMC.
