1627156 - Streamwork iPad application login error

It is possible to login into the webapp via browser on iPad or PC.

When logging into the iPad App the error-PopUp:

Invalid OAuth access token via user
Credentials (XAUTH) requested.
Invalid User Credentials.

is displayed.

There’s a bug in the iPad app wherein if you’ve got a StreamWork password that contains extended characters (e.g. ! @ #, or $), the authentication may fail during the login sequence with an OAUTH error message.

The work-around is as follows:

1. Temporarily change your StreamWork password to something without extended characters.
2. Log in once to the StreamWork iPad app. This will generate an authorization token that you can later revoke at any time from the StreamWork main application UI under your user profile settings.
3. Log back into StreamWork in the Web UI and change your password back to the complex one. 

We realize this is a major inconvenience and are working on a patch release to address it sometime in the future.
