Current Language option under Preferences is grayed out in Xcelsius.
Environment
Xcelsius 2008
Reproducing the Issue
1. Launch Xcelsius.
2. Go to File -> Preferences and navigate to Languages.
3. Notice that the Current Language option is grayed out.
Cause
Only English Language Pack is installed. Other Language Packs are not installed.
Resolution
1. Uninstall Xcelsius.
2. Reinstall Xcelsius along with the required Language Packs.
3. Launch Xcelsius, go to File -> Preferences -> Languages and notice that the Current Language option is enabled.
