1627686 - ‘Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library’ error is displayed when clicked on Manage Add-ons in Xcelsius.

 Following error is displayed when clicked on Manage Add-ons in Xcelsius: 

"Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library. Runtime Error! Program: C:\Program Files\Business Objetcs\Xcelsius\Xcelsius.exe. This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application’s support team for more information"

• Operating System: Windows 7

    1. Launch Xcelsius.

    2. Go to File -> Manage Add-Ons menu.

    3. Notice that the following error is displayed:

User Account Control (UAC) is enabled in Windows 7.

    1. Go to Start -> Run menu, type msconfig and click on OK.

    2. In the System Configuration window go to Tools tab, select ‘Change UAC Settings’ and click on Launch.

    3. Notice that the User Account Control Settings window appears.

    4. Change setting to ‘Never notify’ and click on OK.

    5. Reboot the computer for changes to apply.

    6. Launch Xcelsius and go to File -> Manage Add-Ons menu.

    7. Notice that the Xcelsius Add-On Manager window appears without any error.
