1628590 - Version Management checkin generates errors and CMS Version is 0 within Version Management Console

Symptom

Within the LCM Version Management Console, for objects that have already been checked-in:

  • The error message "Failed to check in some documents because they may not have been added to VMS yet (or) have been locked." is shown above the tool bar
  • The 'CMS Version' is blank or says '0' even though the CMS Version is not 0
