1629048 - PCM 10 gets error when tries to obtain a remote configuration of a Client from the Primary server

• From the PCM primary server cannot obtain a remote configuration for the client and receives the error of:
  Cannot retrieve the configuration from the remote machine
  An invalid operation occurred
  End Point Name:TcpEnd Point_Configuration
  Target Address: "path name of target address"
• The error returned was:
  Could not connect to "path name of target address".  the connection attempt lasted for a time span of ?.  TCP error code 10060.  A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond ?

Can retrieve remote connections in the following instances:

• Client to server and can retrieve the configuration of that server
• Server to server and can retrieve the configuration of the second server mentioned

• SAP Profitability and Cost Management v 10 (PCM) - All versions
