1629677 - In UWL it is not possible to set the substitution end date

Symptom

On SRM 5.0 the ITS was used and it was possible to set an end-date for substitution. After the upgrade to SRM 7.0 with Portal where the Universal Worklist (UWL) is used, this functionality is not presented anymore.
