1629771 - ETL job creating unknown tables on source database

• ETL job creating numerous tables on the source database during execution
• Time of the create statements always seems to align with all the
  'Process to execute data flow <....> is started.' entries in the trace log.
• The create statements look like:

             00001  CREATE TABLE ds_33888224_SOURCEDB                           
             00002     (C1 VARCHAR (10) NOT NULL )

• In each case the format of the table name being created was: "ds_{PID}{TID}_{Source_Datastore}"
