Symptom
- Cannot log into Designer.
- Job server is not responding.
- Cannot log into Management Console.
- Job server appears to continually start in the logs.
- Error: "[ SEVERE ] Invalid connection to Access Server"
- Cannot resync the repository in Data Services Server Manager.
- Error: "JobServer: Socket Exception: ADDRINUSE at RWSocket::bind. (BODI-850046)"
- Error: "[ SEVERE ] Broker Client is no longer connected to the Broker Host <job server name:job server port>"
- Error: "Unknown: ERROR: JobServer(<job server name:job server port>):Can not connect to Job Server <job server name:job server port : Error: RWSocketError: in RWSocket::connect: CONNREFUSED (BODI-300001)"
