1630210 - Error in UPLOAD_PORTAL_COMPONENT phase when upgrading to NW 7.30

You are able to identify the following error messages in the upgrade process on TroubleTicket file:

• UPLOAD_PORTAL_COMPONENT phase error...
  ...The uploading http://<portal.domain>:<port>/irj/servlet/prt/portal/
  prteventname/upload/prtroot/com.sap.portal.runtime.system.console.
  ArchiveUploader?login_submit=on&j_user=j2ee_admin&j_password=********&
  j_authscheme=default&uidPasswordLogon=Log%20on file doesn't exist.
• UPLOAD_PORTAL_COMPONENT file:
  ...DATE, TIME [Info]:   com.sap.sdt.j2ee.tools.comphandler.
