1631123 - Error: "The number of parenth columns cannot be different than the number of hierarchies" - BPC MS

Symptom

Error : "The number of parentH columns cannot be different than the number of hierarchies" is displayed after user adds a new hierarchy PARENTHn and then process the dimension.
