1631400 - Some Enterprise users are unable to connect into infoview in Business Objects Enterprise XI 3.x, no error is returned.


Some users are unable to connect into Infoview in Business Objects Enterprise  XI 3.x. 
After entering credentials (username and password), the system attempts to log in and return to the login screen.
No error is returned on the screen and there is no message in the Event Viewer.
