1631408 - BI 4.x : When trying to created a chart in WebIntelligence, only a red cross (X) appear in the report in Linux environment

Symptom

  • Instead of seeing the chart appearing in the report you can only see a Red X.
  • Transforming a table to a chart display a red cross
  • This happens for all reports (existing and new reports)
