1632051 - After BDLS, target systems are not correct

Symptom

Query jump targets are not working after system copy
Query jump targets return error as they still point to 'old' target system
After system copy, you need to change all jump targets
After BDLS, field RDEST in the table RSBBSQUERY has not changed
After system copy, BDLS is not converting Jump Report settings

Environment

SAP release independent
BW release after 7.0
