1632281 - 'BCM-4-0.dll was not found' error message in Dashboard Designer.

    While Opening the Dashboard Designer on Citrix, following error message is displayed: 

    "Xcelsius.exe- Unable to Locate Component. This application has failed to start because BCM-4-0.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem."

• Citrix Presentation Server 4.5
• Operating System:-Windows Server 2003
• Dashboard Designer 4.0

    1. Launch the Dashboard Designer on Citrix.

    2. Notice that the following error message is displayed:

    1. Copy the 'BCM-4-0.dll' located under the following path from the Dashboard Designer setup folder: 
       "<setup file's directory>\dunit\product.xcelsius-4.0-core-32\actions\BCM-4-0.dll".

    2. Now paste it under the following path:
       "\Program Files\SAP BusinessObjects\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\win32_x86".
       "\Program Files (x86)\SAP BusinessObjects\Xcelsius 4.0".

    3. Launch Dashboard Designer and notice that it opens without any error message.
