1632290 - Unable to view graphical lineage when logged on with SAP authentication

Symptom

  • You are able to view graphical lineage when logged on with an Enterprise account
  • You are not able to view graphical lineage when logged on with an SAP/ERP account
  • The error message displayed looks like:

java.io.FileNotFoundException: C:\Users\SVC_SA~1\AppData\Local\Temp\ICC\images\graphs\BID~40\MOTV\graph66817_0.jpg (The system cannot find the path specified)

  • The SAP username has a "\" in it's name. For the above error message that would be: BID~40/MOTV. You can see Welcome: BID~40/MOTV on top of the page (or rather your corresponding username).
