1632738 - ORA-03114 error while performing CMS database copy during migration from XIR2 to XI3.1

• During migration from XIR2 to XI3.1 , while performing the CMS database copy, ORA-03114 error is thrown.
• CMS database copy process (CCM) throws the following error:
  BusinessObjects Enterprise CMS: The CMS system database connection to ""DBServerName"" has been lost. 2 CMS system database connections remain. Reason: ORA-03114: not connected to ORACLE
• Copy database process logs indicate following errors which result in the ORA-3114 error (.\OracleDatabase.cpp:91) Oracle error found:  ErrorMessage(ORA-03135: connection lost contact Process ID: 11336
  Session ID: 257 Serial number: 7146 ), ErrorCode(3135)
• The failures occurred 2.5 to 3.5 hours after starting the process.
• Below error messages were found by the Oracle DBA in the two (source & destination) database logs.
  Found in alert log:
  Fatal NI connect error 12170.
    Tns error struct:
  Fatal NI connect error 12170.
• Oracle database & client time outs have been adjusted appropriately but issue still persists
