The Send Governor settings and parameters are not visible via the BPC Administration client of SAP Business Planning and Consolidation version for Microsoft.
The four parameters of the Send Governor are: THREAD_MAXNUM_SG, INTERVAL_CHECK_SEND, MAXCELLS_THREAD_SG, UNITPER_SP.
The values for these parameters are stored in the tblDefaults table under the corresponding appset database.
