1633808 - Brazil Payment Files and Bank Statements - Incorrect number of characters at each line from the generated payment file

• The localization payment medium program RFFOBR_U generates files with a format that differs from the expected layout.  
• The number of characters in each register does not align with the expected layout (e.g. CNAB240 - 240 characters at each line)
• When opening the TXT, only one line is displayed instead of multiple registers.
