Symptom

When importing any ATL file that is bigger than 1,000 KB following error message is displayed:

SQL submitted to ODBC data source <djpboxi1> resulted in error <lock table>. SQL0911N The current transaction has been rolled back because
of a deadlock or timeout. Reason Code 2. SQLSTATE=40001
