When launching Query As A Web Service (QaaWS) client application, an error box titled "QueryAsAWebServices.exe - Bad Image" is displayed with the following error details:
C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v2.0.50727\culture.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support.
