  • Receiving the error message: faultCode:DecodingError faultString:'Error #1090' faultDetail:'null' when launching Spend Performance Management portal
  • When traced through HTTPWatch or Fiddler2, the error message displayed is: "faultCode:DecodingError faultString:'Error #1090: XML parser failure: element is malformed.' faultDetail:'null'"
  • The web service OPM_DM_X_API cannot be located. Is there a way to redeploy or recreate it?
