Some of the .NET binaries are not updated when upgraded Crystal Report 2008 Fix Pack 1.8 or greater Fix Pack 1.X to Service Pack 2/Fix Pack 2.X

Reproducing the Issue

Install Crsytal Report 2008.
Upgrade it to Fix Pack 2.x.
Below Dll's remain same.
crdb_javabeans.dll – 12.1.8.1176
pvlocale-1-0.dll – 12.1.8.1176
They don't get updated to Version 12.2.x.

Cause

This is a Known issue with Crystal Report 2008 Fix Pack 2.x and has been tracked. The Track ID is ADAPT01405953.

Resolution

Issue has been resolved with Crystal Report 2008 Service Pack 3
