Symptom

  • Received following error message while opening the Webi the document through InfoView: “Index: The argument is out of range: 4<0 or 4>=4. (Error: RWI 00012) (Error:INF)”
  • Received following error message while navigating through the tabs of the report. The error message observed on specific tabs.
    “An internal error occurred while calling ‘getDrillBar’ API. (Error: ERROR_WIS_30270)”
  • The tabs on which observed error message are not displayed in the InfoView.
