1635878 - Error: "Could not display the Flash file" when viewing Dashboard in BI Launchpad

Symptom

  • Upon opening a Dashboard SWF file in BI Launchpad, the following error appears: "Could not display the Flash file" and viewing panel remains blank.
  • Error: "The property with ID SI_LOCALE does not exist in the object" when viewing Dashboard in BI Launchpad with a Windows AD Account.
  • A separate KBA 1747300 and ADAPT has been created for opendocument
