1635912 - "Invalid session. WIH 00013 Please close your browser and log on again" error while using navigation map in view mode of Web Intelligence document

Symptom

When using the navigation map to jump to various sections in InfoView/HTML view mode of a Web Intelligence document, an error "WIH 00013 Please close your browser and log on again" appears and does not allow you to continue.
