Symptom

A Webi report refreshed against SQL ODBC fails with below errors:

  • "Database error: "[SAP Business Objects][ODBC 20101 driver].(IES 10901)(WIS 10901)"
  • "Database error: "[SAP Crystal Reports][ODBC 20101 driver]6091 (IES 10901) (WIS 10901)" 
  • "Database error: "[SAP Crystal Reports][ODBC SQL Server Wire Protocol driver]The DataDirect product you are attempting to access has been provided to you by SAP Business Objects for exclusive use with SAP Crystal Reports."
