1637935 - Short Dump RAISE_EXCEPTION RSO_CONTENT_INSTALL_BATCH X_MESSAGE

Symptom

When installing an InfoObject from BI Content, the system issues a short-dump with the following information:

     "RAISE_EXCEPTION" " "
     "SAPLRRSI" "LRRSIF00"
     "X_MESSAGE_SPEC"

or

     "SAPLRRSI" "X_MESSAGE"

or

    "RSO_CONTENT_INSTALL_BATCH " "X_MESSAGE"

This issue could also be presented during the activation of the business content for the instalation process fo SPM 3.0. The dump is the same and the resolution too.
