Symptom

  • You attempt to install Web Intelligence Rich Client from BI Launchpad.
  • You have set the Preferences to 'Desktop' for the View and Modify properties.
  • When you launch the Web Intelligence application, you are prompted to download an unknown file type named ZHVtbxlOYW1l.zabo_wi.
  • The program loads, but no application is opened.
