Symptom

  • When doing a new install of BI 4.0 support pack 2 with MYSQL 5.0 or Oracle as the database we get the following error:
  • "An Error has occurred.
  • You cannot proceed because the following has failed validation:
  • Cannot verify database login information.  [INS00104]"
