Symptom

  • Display of charts in the Mobile application on the iPad is not the same as in WebI via Infoview
  • 3D charts are not displayed correctly in iPad
  • Line and bar charts are not appearing in the same format in iPad. There are repeated values along the x-axis in iPad (multiple dimensions now displayed on the x-axis in 2D) whereas in WebI, the charts were displayed in 3D format (with the 2nd dimension being placed on the z-axis).
