1638626 - Deployments fail for a subset of mobile infrastructure users

Symptom

All deployments fail for a subset of Mobile Infrastructure users. Open the [mi home]/log of the client with the issue and examine the trace.txt file(s).The following error can be found within:

  • "Exception while reading installation log file(root cause: C:\SAP\MIClient\bin\archives\Patch1\install.log." Followed by:
  • "Failed to execute command 'COPY - /app > C:\SAP\MIClient\bin (pattern: OHA_ROLLOUT.jar)'. Reason: Exception while executing command: Read timed out"
