  • SQLSTATE = 08001
    NATIVE ERROR = 11
    MSG = [SAP BusinessObjects][ODBC SQL Server Driver][libssclient23]General network error. Check your network documentation.
  • Execute this query: EXEC Master.dbo.xp_readerrorlog
    Report created logs following error:
    Logon Error: 17835, Severity: 20, State: 1.
    Logon Encryption is required to connect to this server but the client library does not support encryption; the connection has been closed. Please upgrade your client library. [CLIENT: XX.XX.XX.XX]
