1639348 - WRE 99998 and IES 109010 errors in a Live Office universe query based on SAP BW datasource with an optional prompt

Symptom

In Live Office, reporting against a universe based on SAP BW that includes an optional prompt defined on the BW query, and you select a prompt value longer than 3 characters, the query returns an error similar to:

"Getdocumentinformation Exception (Error: WRE 99998) Database error: the MDX query SELECT { [MDX QUERY] } Failed to execute with the error Invalid MDX command. (IES 109010)"
