• Add SAP NetWeaver BW Connection through Xcelsius and select the query to which you could like to connect
• Error is displayed when create the SAP NetWeaver BW Connection through Xcelsius
• Error message: "Your request could not be processed by the BICS Remote Web Service due to an error related to the system configuration. For details see: http://<hostname>:<portnumber>/bicsremotedebug?getstacktrace"

1. Open Xcelsius.
2. Click Manage Connections icon.
3. Click Add and select SAP NetWeaver BW Connection.
4. Click Browse and login the BW system to which you would like to connect.
5. Select the query to which you would like to connect.
6. Error "Your request could not be processed by the BICS Remote Web Service due to an error related to the system configuration. For details see: http://<hostname>:<portnumber>/bicsremotedebug?getstacktrace" display.

The associated SAP Enterprise Portal is not configure correctly.

1. Login the associated SAP Enterprise Portal for the BW system, for example, http://<hostname>:<portnumber>/irj/portal.
2. Click System Administration.
3. Click System Configuration.
4. Expand the Portal Content folder.
5. Expand the Systemlandscape folder.
6. Select the landscape of your system.
7. From the configuration page, change the Property Category to User Management.
8. Change the Authentication Ticket Type to SAP Assertion Ticket.
9. Change the Logon Method to SAPLOGONTICKET.
10. Change User Mapping Type to admin,user.
11. Save the change.
