1640612 - Installation crashes when selecting server components "Job Server" and Windows is set to Spanish in the Regional settings - Data Services 4.0

Symptom

  • The installation of Data Services 4.0 seems to be working ok until the "Configure Job Server" screen.
  • After  configuring a new Job Server with the Job Server configuration details and clicking Next, the setup program is terminated and disappears for view.
  • Skipping  the Job Server configuration step, will also produce the above symptom.
  • The setupengine installation log stops at  the following lines
