Symptom

Getting below error message when trying to schedule any Web Intelligence document:

Failed to put files. Failed on file [<InstalDir>/bobje/data/procSched/ncboe013_s2.JobServer/CHILD0/JOB1/~cedbc6ac21973103c.wid]. Reason: [com.crystaldecisions.sdk.exception.SDKServerException: The requested directory does not exist. cause:com.crystaldecisions.enterprise.ocaframework.idl.OCA.oca_abuse: IDL:img.seagatesoftware.com/OCA/oca_abuse:3.2 detail:The requested directory does not exist. The server supplied the following details: OCA_Abuse exception 6406 at [osca_fs_impl.cpp : 572] 46408 {} ].
