1641368 - Zeros not updated when the result should become NULL and vice versa

Symptom

In Xcelsius preview or dashboard SWF runtime, if the result of a function begins at zero, then is manipulated to expect a result of a blank/null, the result remains zero.  Likewise, if the result of a function begins with blank/null and the next expected result is a zero, the value remains blank/null.
