1641830 - Reorganization of Business Communication Services data (RSBCS_REORG)

• The target is to reorganize the Business Communication Services (SAPoffice, SAPconnect, GOS) data and tables in the system.
• RSBCS_REORG executed with option 'Detailed Output' and when the report finishes and there are lots of 'Non-Deletable Documents' (e.g. Expiration date not yet reached, Send request not yet released, Document is in a folder, Link to Application) and these documents also should be deleted.
