Symptom

  • Error when refreshing a report in SAP BI LaunchPad.
  • When viewing a report in SAP BI LaunchPad, that was created in Crystal Reports based on an SAP BW data source, it fails with the error:

    "The viewer could not process an event. The database logon information for this report is either incomplete or incorrect.
      [] ---- Error code:0 [CRWEB00000119]"
